Boil 1/2 gallon of water
Steep some black tea leaves for a while
Stir in 2 cup of sugar and a quarter cup of lemon juice
Add water and ice until there is 1 gallon of liquid
Notes:
- oolong tea tastes like a can of that Nestea brisk tea in this recipe
- Lapsang Souchong is ok since it is black tea
