* Fry confuses Hermes for someone else
  * "A Pharoah to Remember" - in the tomb Fry and Lela pretend to have forgotten about Bender. Fry remembers Hermes as the guy who used to bend things
  * "War is the H-Word" - After Lee Lemon steals the helicopter, Fry wonders if it is Hermes in disguise

* Non-linear time
  * "The Lesser of Two Evils" - Fry says that if he wants to go back to the year 2000, he'll just freeze himself again
  * "The Cryonic Woman" - a defrostee says that he froze himself because he wanted to meet Shakespeare and he figured time was cyclical

* Mocking the validity of science in a question with an obvious answer
  * "The Honking" - a villager claims that "modern science" cannot explain how a robot walks or talks
  * "Goodfellas" - Bender wonders why the humans' "precious science" is unable to explain why the palm tree gets sick every time he cooks

* Fry makes reference to mushrooms in his bathroom
  * "The Problem with Popplers" - Fry believes he is good at foraging because he used to find edible mushrooms on his bath mat
  * "Jurassic Bark" - Fry commends Seymour for waiting for him just like the mushroom in his shower

* Zoidberg is excluded from a group in a degrading way
  * "Obsoletely Fabulous" - Bender asks Robot 1X to save his friends... and Zoidberg
  * "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch" - Fry notes that everyone they invited to Kif's baby shower is present. Zoidberg notes that he is also there
  * he is included in "The Lesser of Two Evils" when Farnsworth introduces Flexo to "Leela, Zoidberg, the rest of you"

* Someone explains a mystery that everyone else already considers to be obvious (Futurama <-> Simpsons repeat)
  * "Crimes of the Hot" - Zoidberg deduces that Nixon is going to shut off all the robots. Lela says they all figured that out
  * "Treehouse of Horror IX (The Simpsons)" - Lisa deduces that Homer's hair transplant is causing him to kill people. Marge declares that it was obvious

* Fry expects a medical device in the mouth and is mistaken
  * "Parasites Lost" - Fry opens his mouth for the camera and Zoidberg tells him to guess again
  * "Deep South" - Fry says that he cannot swallow the large pressure pill and Farnsworth tells him that it is a suppository

* Bender talks about a disembodied human heart in a shockingly careless way
  * "Insane in the Mainframe" - Bender ends the episode by saying that he has a human heart inside him
  * "Anthology of Interest II" - Bender joins the group to go ask the Professor for a human heart to pump blood out of his basement

* Honeymooners reference: "straight to the moon"
  * "The Series Has Landed" - the amusement park has a recreation of the scene and Fry points out it is a metaphor for Ralph beating his wife
  * "Spanish Fry" - Lrr threatens to send Ndnd straight to the 3rd moon of Omicron Persei 8

* Bender wants to do something and then immediately doesn't want to do it
  * "The Honking" - Bender inherits a castle and wants to sleep there overnight. When the will reveals that as a requirement, he complains that "there's always a catch"
  * "The Why of Fry" - Bender offers to take dejected Fry out to do anything he wants. Fry mentions bowling and Bender curtly declines.

* Culprit feigns surprise at the crime
  * "30% Iron Chef" - Zoidberg is shocked when Fry is accused of destroying the Professor's bottle
  * "Anthology of Interest" - Leela is shocked when Zoidberg says that one of the people in the accusing parlor is a big murderer

* Character gets hit in order to punish another character embedded inside
  * "300 Big Boys" - Amy slaps herself when her talking tattoo complains about the crummy date
  * "My Three Suns" - Bender punches Fry in the stomach when the emperor inside Fry betrays their position

* Bender carelessly calls a location that is important to Leela a dump
  * "The Cyber House Rules" - Bender refers to the Orphanarium as a dump
  * "A Bicyclops Built for Two" - Bender calls Cyclopia a dump

* Character points out that something doesn't make sense (I like this joke so I don't mind it being repeated :) )
  * "Brannigan Begin Again" - in court, Leela argues that it was all true, including the parts that made no sense
  * "Why Must I Be a Crustacean In love" - Amy says that Bender is so fat his door won't even close and that that doesn't even make sense
  * "The Honking" - Farnsworth explains how the robot ghost was formed and then says that sequence of words he just said makes perfect sense
  * "That's Lobstertainment" - Bender says that the movie plot makes perfect sense, *wink* *wink*

* Character inappropriately surmises that people like swarms of things
  * "Xmas Story" - Fry considers buying a swarm of lizards for Leela
  * "30% Iron Chef" - Bender bakes a pie containing a swarm of something under the crust

* A character speaks an unknown language and it is believed that they simply speak incorrectly
  * "Deep South" - Fry doesn't speak fish but Umbriel thinks she just has an atrocious accent
  * "Why Must I Be a Crustacean In love" - The Decapod 10 leader addresses Zoidberg by his native name but runs off thinking that Fry is mocking his speech impediment

* Shoe eating
  * "That's Lobstertainment" - Fry is going to eat his shoes after being trapped in the tar pit
  * "Godfellas" - the members of the crazy sect eat their shoes when locked in the closet
